Product Warranty

WENTEX products supplied by Expo Warehouse carry the manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Expo Warehouse is the exclusive authorized WENTEX distributor for the USA & Canada. To ask about warranty coverage on a specific product, or to start a claim, contact sales@expowhs.com with your order number.

Manufacturer warranty coverage does not apply to:

• Misuse, abuse, or use outside the product’s intended professional application

• Improper installation, rigging, or modification

• Normal wear and tear

Items that arrive defective or damaged in transit are handled as exchanges under our Returns & Refunds Policy, not as warranty claims. Inspect your shipment on delivery and report damage immediately.

Except for the manufacturer’s warranty described above, products are supplied “as is” and Expo Warehouse disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, as set out in our Terms & Conditions. Nothing on this page removes any right you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Color, finish, and material variation is addressed separately below and is not treated as a defect.

Color, Finish & Material Variation Disclaimer

Due to the nature of manufacturing and display technologies:

• Colors, finishes, textures, and materials may vary from on-screen representations

• Monitor settings, lighting conditions, dye lots, print runs, and powder coat batches may result in variation

• Minor variations are not considered defects

This applies to, but is not limited to:

• Fabrics and drapes

• Carpet and flooring

• Powder-coated metal

• Printed graphics

• Scenic finishes

Customers are strongly encouraged to order samples prior to purchase. Orders placed without prior sampling constitute acceptance of potential variation.
