Choose your drape fabric
- Velvet Napoli — premium 260 g/m² polyester velvet (with a heavy 480 g/m² option in the 16-ft size). Deep, rich, and formal — the choice for weddings, galas, and stage. Available in eight colors, from black blackout to white and grey neutrals.
- MGS (Medium Gloss Satin) — 175 g/m², lighter and more economical to inventory; the rental-house workhorse for booth walls and dividers.
- Matte blackout / masking? Pair the system with flame-retardant duvetyne for backstage, scenic, and AV masking where a true matte black matters.
All of our drape fabrics are independently certified to NFPA 701 (USA) and CAN/ULC-S109 (Canada) — the standards most venues require. A Certificate of Flame Resistance is available on request.
How much drape do you need?
Drape width comes down to your section width and fullness: flat (1.0×) is clean and economical, pleated (1.5–2×) is fuller and more formal. Order a drape height that matches or slightly exceeds your upright height so the fabric reaches the floor. Size a full setup in seconds with our free Pipe & Drape Calculator, or see the step-by-step sizing & buying guide.
Frequently asked questions
Which drape fabric should I choose?
Velvet Napoli for a premium, formal look (weddings, galas, stage); MGS for an economical, durable workhorse drape (booth walls, dividers); and duvetyne when you need a true matte blackout for masking. All are flame-retardant certified.
How wide should my drape be?
Multiply your section width by your fullness factor — 1.0× for a flat look, 1.5–2× for pleated. A 10-ft section pleated at 1.5× needs about 15 ft of drape width. Our calculator does the math for you.
What drape height should I order?
Match or slightly exceed your upright height so the fabric reaches the floor. We stock 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16 ft heights (availability varies by color).
Are the drapes flame retardant?
Yes. Our Velvet Napoli and MGS drapes are independently certified to NFPA 701 (USA) and CAN/ULC-S109 (Canada). A Certificate of Flame Resistance is available on request for venue compliance.
Pleated or flat — what's the difference?
Flat drape (1.0× fullness) is clean, modern, and the most economical. Pleated drape (1.5–2×) gathers more fabric for a fuller, more formal look and better light blocking — ideal for weddings and stage.
What colors are available?
Velvet Napoli comes in eight colors: black, white, light grey, dark grey, royal blue, dark blue, red, and burgundy. Black and white are the most stocked; other colors and sizes vary — request a quote for large or specific orders.
